PENNSBORO

The Pennsboro B & O Railroad Depot offers visitors a walk back in time. Visitors wanting to slow down and enjoy the relaxed country life may want to head to the 9-acre Pennsboro Reservoir or the 11-acre Tracy Lake for some fishing and a picnic. Maybe a slow trip along the twists and turns off Route 74 is what you need? The route offers the chance to see some of the hills and valleys of beautiful Ritchie County. The Old Stone House is currently closed for repairs.

Tracy Lake
Tracy Lake, also known as Bonds Creek Lake, is a 12-acre lake located in Ritchie County 3 miles northwest of Pennsboro. It is accessible from County Route 50/22 via a 1-mile gravel road.

Tracy Lake provides winter and spring trout fishing, and warm water fishing for largemouth bass, bluegill, and channel catfish. Trout are stocked once both January and March. Tracy Lake has a healthy bass population, which produces several large bass each year.
