The fifth annual Parkersburg Paddlefest kicks off with free glow paddle on the Little Kanawha River Friday night, Sept. 14, at 8 pm (sponsored by CareSource.)
Saturday morning, Sept. 15 will see the Parkersburg Paddlefest 2018 begin at 8 am and continue until 2 pm, on the Ohio River. Commercial barge traffic will be restricted during this time period.
The Downtown Throwdown BBQ & Brewfest is set for Saturday evening, Sept. 15, from 6-10 pm at Bicenntennial Park. The Brewfest includes craft brew, BBQ and entertainment. (www.downtownpkb.com)
